Full Body Strong
By combining battle ropes, dumbbells, and sleds, this intermediate level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and hit all major muscle groups in one session.
Spin + Core
Feed off the incredible energy in the room with a combination of endurance and strength intervals. With a mix of fast sprints, heavy climbs and ending with abs, this class will leave you feeling energized!
Spin + Lift
Fire up your metabolism in this 50 minute combo class that begins with 25 mins of spin intervals and finishes with 25 mins of strength. Get the best of both worlds with this spin + strength workout!
Women Strong
This full body strength class is for the LADIES only. Engage all muscle groups using body weight, dumbbells, slam balls, bands, etc. Each class is new and different! Burn calories, increase strength and build stamina in this fun, supportive and encouraging class.
Open Gym
This flexible workout option lets you use the equipment and facilities at your own pace. A workout will be posted that you can follow, or you can create your own workout or practice specific exercises.
Indo Board Yoga
This class is designed to take yoga to the next level by taking traditional yoga and moving it onto an unstable environment similar to Stand-Up Paddle Boarding (SUP).
