By combining battle ropes, dumbbells, and sleds, this intermediate level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and hit all major muscle groups in one session.

Spin + Core

Feed off the incredible energy in the room with a combination of endurance and strength intervals. With a mix of fast sprints, heavy climbs and ending with abs, this class will leave you feeling energized!

STRONG

STRONG is a full-body strength training class focused on heavier lifts for both upper and lower body. Using controlled, intentional movements, this class helps you develop muscle, improve bone density, and increase overall functional strength for everyday life.
Expect foundational strength exercises like squats, presses, rows, and hinges — performed with proper form and progressive loading to safely challenge your body.

Women Strong

This full body strength class is for the LADIES only. Engage all muscle groups using body weight, dumbbells, slam balls, bands, etc. Each class is new and different! Burn calories, increase strength and build stamina in this fun, supportive and encouraging class.

Slow Flow Yoga

This class blends mindful flow, strength-building postures, and deep stretches in a gently heated room. The warmth helps your muscles open, enhances flexibility, and encourages a powerful mind–body connection.

Hot Flow Yoga

This energizing hot flow blends strength, mobility, and mindful movement in a heated room to help you build heat from the inside out. Expect a sequence that flows through standing poses, balance work, and deep stretches—designed to increase flexibility, improve strength, and calm the nervous system. Come ready to sweat, breathe, and reconnect with your body.
